Having in mind the enormous importance of the open-access movement during the last months, the question is no longer whether open access will be the main future paradigm or not but how we will implement open access in our daily routines.
-- "Knowledge Exchange" as a cooperative effort of British, Danish, Dutch, Finnish and German (funding) institutions aims "to make a layer of scholarly and scientific content openly available on the Internet".
http://www.knowledge-exchange.info/-- The next annual meeting of the Global Research Council, taking place in May in Berlin, will discuss "an action plan for the implementation of open access to publications as the main paradigm of scientific communication in the following years".
